Dr. James Warner Clark, MD

I've been to him several times since 2011. He's my regular Dr because of the sliding fee scale, and the rest of the office staff is so kind and try to be helpful. Today, I came really hoping he would listen and help me but dreading his attitude. He slammed in as rude as always, staring at his computer. I told him I had pictures of the hives I had been experiening, and he snapped , "Don't bother. I know what hives look like." So I explained the outbreaks I have been getting seem different than average hives and continued to explain what they look like, but he looked like he was ignoring me and did not want to see what I was talking about. When I answered his other questions, he would cut me off or say "what?" in a tone that seemed irritable while I was speaking in a clear, loud enough manner. If it was his hearing, I would still think he could sound less irritable. He asked when my last period was and as I told him the first day to the last day. He cut me off saying, "I don't care when… the last day was! I just need to know the first!" At this point, my nerves were shot and I felt like crying. He prescribed a medication to help with the itching and ordered a blood test. The only thing he checked was my breathing. There was no consultation on what it could be and he would not listen (or at least seemed disinterested) to other symptoms I was trying to tell him. I left unsure if I got help and hoping the blood test sheds some light. But I really don't know yet if there was a point in going to him because he didn't listen or talk much to me about what I was experiencing. I seemed to be just another irritating number to him that he wanted to get out the door.

This man should be ashame to be a dr he is rude he make you fell like your nothing he over talks you he gets very loud at you he makes u seem like you are wasting hes time and i know for a fact he had made patience cry this is not the what people should be treated like well all i can say is i would hate to be him when he meets hes maker!!!!

Dr Clark is probably quite a qualified doctor. This fact is covered up by the constant typing and attention to his computer.The attention or eye contact i received from him was minimal at best.He made me feel as tho my health problems were all my fault. The office staff were wonderful,the waitng time average, but that man has a lot to learn about bedside manner!

This Doctor is the worst. He is extremely rude, he does not listen, he does not address the reasons you come in to see him, he did NOT even shut the door when discussing my medical issues, he talks over you, and has the worst attitude ever, almost like he has better things to do. I was a new patient and he did not even introduce himself. I even cried during the visit because i felt so mistreated and belittled. I definitely did not feel safe, or care for while with his care.
