Dr. James Clark II

I have been with Dr. Clark for about 20 years. He's good, sometimes he seems to busy and you feel that, still he has always taken good care of me. He listens and communicates well. Always kind! His staff in Charleston is another story. The elderly lady who is up front, needs an attitude adjustment. I hate to go up there because of HER. Hateful, disrespectful, snappy, won't listen. She makes my skin crawl and she is just as hateful on the phone. The rest of the ladies are fine or at least the ones I have seen. Teays Valley's office staff is very kind, unlike Charleston office! Teays Valley office will work to get you in, forget Charleston if it's the older lady. She will NOT help you in anyway, except give you a nervous breakdown. Both offices are prompt about calling in meds, the nurse calls back in a good timeline and very kind. Now the Teays Office is very toxic since the office is new. You can go to Charleston until your body can handle the newest, but get ready for the snapper to… take your head off!!! I would give a 5 to Dr. Clark, but because of the attitude of the older women, I give a three. She alone gives breathing problems!
