I went in for my first ENT exam. I was quite anxious as I had never gone to this type of exam. Of course watching on TV a nasal surgery a day before going in wasn't the smartest thing I could of done. So in comes the doc, within the first 30 seconds he already had me laughing . Amazing personality, down to earth, answered every single question thoroughly. I truly would refer him to anyone that needs an outstanding ENT physician.

Dr. Clemens treated my husband for mouth cancer. He was very helpful in explaining the procedure and answering questions. We appreciated his staff going to great lengths to schedule a PET scan, despite high demand. Very happy with the results of his surgeries and the time he spent reviewing what he found during surgery.

Seemed very competent and concerned.

Very dismissive and arrogant. Poor bedside manner. Was not willing to provide more information than he thought was necessary. My test results were inconclusive and he would not give me an explanation for what that meant or what the potential outcomes could be, he just told me to come back in a few months and repeat the test and we'd discuss it then. Totally unacceptable.

Dr. Clemens was great with my 15 month old daughter. His bed side manner was fantastic. He listened to you, put things to ease, and got the job done. He was very professional, knowledgable, and friendly. Excellent Doctor!

Does not own up to his mistakes. Defensive and dismissive if you ask too many questions.
