James Robert Cohen, oncologist hematologist. I went in for my first appointment I am 100% satisfied with the way the doctor treated me. He talked to me for a very long time explaining what he thought was my illness. He went back on my records for more than 14 years so that he had a better understanding of my health. He ordered Bloodwork for the lab to do that day. My next appointment is in six months. I would refer anyone to see him.

As a previous patient, some 20 years ago, I think he's great. I think he should have stayed in the Bay Area so he can continue to treat me. Dr. Cohen is an amazing mixture of analytic skills, deep compassion, protective of his patients and his staff... I have seen him go "above and beyond" the call of duty many times over 25 years- I have also known countless of his patients over this time span... They don't make doctors like this very often...
