Dr. Colasurdo is an excellent psychologist who listens with empathy. He possesses exceptional insight and provides practical advice when asked. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Colasurdo is an outstanding clinician and a mensch. He brings a probing intellect, undeniable warmth, and genuine compassion for his patients’ wellbeing. He is also a highly practical therapist, refusing to engage purely in navel gazing. His mindfulness-oriented approach is actionable and effective. I could not recommend him more highly!

Dr. Colasurda is excellent. He is very aware of the importance of mindfulness and meditation and being in the moment to help patients relieve anxiety about events in their lives which they don't have control over. He is very understanding and sympathetic and supportive of the LGBTQ+ community experience. He is a very thoughtful intelligent man and has a very calming optometrist approach to one's life and problems. He is very well read and knowledgeable about the world and it's problems and brings this knowledge and understanding to his practice and his insights have been very beneficial to me. He also brings his belief and use of Mindfulness, meditation and learning to live in the moments into his treatment to help his patients develop new ways of approaching their lives and emotional and psychological problems. I highly recommend meeting and working with Dr. Colasurdo, if you are looking for guidance with any of your lifes concerns. He is truly a caring and understanding… therapist.

DR. JAMES COLASURDO Is an excellent psychologist, I have been seeing him for years. He’s knowledgeable and empathetic and has a unique style of talk therapy where he emphasizes mindfulness and therapy without the use of pharmaceuticals. He’s help me with my anxiety and depression issues. I highly recommend him to anyone who is in psychological distress. He practices medication techniques.
