Doctor admitted me into hospital and too my case but never showed up. After many days (3) finally left without ever seeing the doctor

Dr Cook can relate to patients with compassion. He listens to your concerns and issues and most importantly, he believes what you say. HE is very understanding and will make determinations in the patients best interest.

Dr Cook was fabulous and we loved his approach. Trying to find him so we can continue with our compounded formula. My better half struggles with 2 very rare forms of extremely life impacting headaches and the formula has made a huge difference. Has anyone had luck finding Dr Cook?

My doc for 3yr he knows what he is talking about !! Has moved on from Shands to North Regional I believe . I plan to hunt him down for my prescription compound cream & I hope he reads this cause I'm serious !!!

I would not recommend the doctor but the staff are very friendly and helpful.
