Horrible front desk woman, Laura, who is rude and can’t do her job. She never answers the phone and is incredibly rude all of the time. I complain to the nurse who AGREES with me but tells me since she is new she can’t help. I complain to the doctor and he shrugs his shoulders. This office is a joke. Don’t waste your time!

Office staff is the worst. I call only to be ignored and never get a call. I always end up going to urgent care because I never can get through. I recently went to office because they wouldn’t release my ONE medication refill. I am seriously considering getting a new primary care.

Waited in the doctors office for an hour after our scheduled time with no follow up from staff. When the doctor did come into the office he was looking at two computers instead of focusing on the patient. Doctors phone was sitting on the desk next to him and he had incoming calls. He did not address concerns the patient had. He did not remember the last time he saw the patient related to his office leaving a medical records company some time in 2020 and the patient records did not follow him. It was a terrible visit. I would not recommend him for anyone and the patient will not be returning to this practice. TERRIBLE !

I have been a patient of Dr Corpus for 8 years now. I called last week to get an appointment and was told that he is, yet again, changing organizations. Laura his secretary then proceeded to tell me that his current organization was a bunch of @ssholes and a "bad fit". She is the rudest person i have ever met in my life and i am shocked that she still has a job there. She doesn't start answering phones until around 11am and she was told me husband "oh well" when he complained about not being able to get through. His new nurse, Jenny, never smiles or says two words to be when i got back into a room. I miss his old nurses Amy and Heather. I wont be back to this office. You would be better off finding a doctor through the Cleveland Clinic

he told the girls at the front desk to print out a sheet for me to get x-rays after the girl printed it out she sat there and texted on her phone when I was at the counter waiting for it. so I just went down stairs for the x-rays which they faxed down

Ditto. Office Staff treat you like trash even when your sick. "My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Corpus for years. I am finally looking for a new Dr. because of his office staff. They have very limited hours and keep the phone on the answering service even when they are in the office. It's impossible to get an appointment. The office staff is very rude."

I love Dr Corpus and his staff. He is truly the most compassionate man and his bedside manner is second to none. I have been seeing him for over 10 years and have referred my husband to him when his PCP retired and my sister's family. He has always been very caring and kind to everyone I've referred him to. He takes his time with you, listens to your problems, and takes the time to explain everything to you in detail. Sometimes you may have to wait but if he is taking the time with me that he does with others I never mind. That's a wonderful DOC. Laura, the receptionist is very friendly and accommodating. She does her best to "squeeze" me in when I'm sick and works with me for scheduled appointments. Love her! The nurses Amy, Eva and Jenny are terrific. All of them are kind and caring when you come in. Couldn't ask for more. Love them too! Chose Dr Corpus as your PCP...you won't be sorry you did.

I have been treated by Dr. Corpus for over 20 years and he is a great physician, he takes his time explaining everything and is very soft-spoken and kind, bedside manner is A+. His staff goes above & beyond to accommodate myself and my family, they work very hard to get us what we need, his assistants are very nice, funny & cute! I have referred all of my friends and family to Dr.Corpus & will continue to do so! The people leaving these bad reviews probably are mad that they did not get their way with something
