Dr. James Russell Couch

Dr. Couch really worked with me on addressing my migraine headaches. he took the time to work with me and it took a few appointments with his trying different drugs and modalities of treatments. But he was able to find the meds that worked in reducing the number of migraine headaches. In fact, the number of migraines I now have is so few that I am now able to work parttime. Dr. Couch is a caring physician who knows his stuff.

Dr. Couch did not want to hear my concerns and patronized me when I would try to mention something I thought might be relevant to my condition. He became angry when I was weary of the drug he wanted to put me on. He left the room with the door wide open and me still naked wrapped in my sheet. I had to get off the bed to close the door so I could dress. When I got home I researched the drug he prescribed me and found out it interacted with my current medications, something he failed to mention, even though we spoke for several minutes about those medications. Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor, I will never return. Also, when I called that morning, the receptionist told me my appointment had been cancelled (I've been waiting for a year and a half to see this doctor, and already had my appt rescheduled once). After I complained about them cancelling my appt without my knowledge, they were able to "squeeze" me in.All in all... humiliating and waste of my time.
