Dr. James Burke Courrier, DDS

If the dentist is as bad as his staff I can't say. I walked out before meeting the guy. Definitely NOT a trauma informed practice, and one who plays fast and loose with patient privacy. My oldest child was repeatedly misgendered by two different staff members. The front office person and the doctor clearly violated HIPAA while I was in the waiting room. The x-ray tech who did my youngest child's (who is 18) x-rays was judgmental and preachy about his oral health to me, clearly out of her scope of practice when she doesn't know his whole health story, which isn't any of her business. When I firmly and politely told her not to tell me how I feel, after trying to explain to her she was hurting me as she took my x-rays, and her telling me it's not hurting you, she got belligerent and stormed off through the halls of the practice saying "I'm not going to put up with being treated like this!" Like what, like you're not G*d gifts to dental professionals. I got news for you dear, you… most assuredly NOT the only person who can do what you do.

Well I'd like to start my review off like everyone else's here, I'd been seeing Dr. Courrier and Gina Boggeri for the last 2 decades, they're actually the only dentist I've know since I'd been seeing them since I was 11 years old, I recall that my parents specifically chose them because they accepted my adopted sisters state medical, the rest of my family is on Boeing dental as was I until recently, so now I find myself without a dentist because the only dentist I've ever seen no longer is treating patients without private insurance, I understand not accepting new patients, but when I became a patient TWENTY YEARS AGO you did accept state medical, I would think that a patient of record for TWENTY YEARS might be given an exception. I feel hurt, your entire family gives these people your loyalty for over 2 decades and they turn your back on you as soon as you're not seen as profitable, I guess doing it for the community went out the window when Dr. Jim sold the clinic to his son, so… completely disappointed. I'll say Gina Boggeri was always fantastic, but obviously they made this business decision together, Kathy West the office Manger didn't even have the Gall to call me and tell me they'll no longer see me as a patient, they passed it off onto the receptionist, are you kidding me 20 years as a patient and this is my treatment? I don't make decisions for my family, but I certainly will be filling every one of them in on my experience since they're all still patients. Take your business elsewhere James, Gina, and Kathy West will not return any of the loyalty you give to them!

Dr Jim was our family dentist for over a decade. He is super upbeat and friendly and a great dentist. We stopped going here because the office environment changed and was no longer the comfortable and caring environment it had been. Sad to go but it was not worth the unnecessary stress.

Not impressed. Had to go to another doctor to get a proper diagnosis and proper treatment plan.

I actually enjoy going to this dental practice. The staff is so welcoming and professional. I am very satisfied with all dental work done and the special attention paid to proactive care of my teeth and gums. I have recently moved, but still travel to this practice for my care.

Dr. Courrier is so down to earth and I LOVE his sense of humor. Such a relaxed and enjoyable environment!

Dr. Courrier is a wonderful dentist. Young and energetic, he is professional and exacting in his work. You will not be sorry you chose Dr. Courrier!
