I called several offices for my appt needs and they were the first office to even care to help, listen to me, scheduled me ASAP. Everyone is so friendly, clean office, and doctor exceeded expectations!! I’m so happy I found my new knowledgeable dr!!

One of the top three doctors I have ever been to in my life, and I have been to dozens as my mother is a retired nurse anesthetist. I've never been to a more caring doctor, who along with his staff ever showed more compassion and competence in a non-judgmental way every single visit not to mention his VERY reasonable fees compared to many of his colleagues. We loved Dr. Craig, could not ask for a more understanding and kind man. His staff on the other hand treated us horrible, refused to call my insurance company for the meds approval, then when I got my insurance to call them for a 3 way call, she tried to keep the insurance from covering the meds by her answers. Before I got the insurance to call her, she told us that if we didn't like it, then we could go some place else. She is really nice in front of Dr Craig but not when he is not around. Maybe he knows this but I don't think so. He is awesome but his staff not so much.

This MD does not accept insurance. Fine. However don't expect his office to inform/ take immediate action when insurance requires 'prior authorizations' on med or anything related. I discovered the CONSULT FEE was increased w/out telling the patients. I've seen this MD 5x's. I've had to pay $500+ out of pocket for med, despite having insurance to cover 100%. Why? Recently the Offc Mgr promised to handle the necessary pprwrk req'd for insurance ti cover the med. Instead she went out of town... They are nit returning my phone calls either as promised. As a patient, I don't understand the in's/out's ti insurance, but I expect my doctor/office to advocate on my behalf none the less. Yes, Dr. Craig listens after you're in the office & paid his consult fee. Yes, his 1 office in Canton is very nice. If you're disabled, low income, using insurance for med.. best look elsewhere.

I think this guy is brilliant. He's got a wonderful personality, great bedside manner, cares very much that you're well, Very well educated, while managing to maintain humility. He knew about my sleep disorder which is very rare, right off the bat, without me even telling him about it. He's not even a specialist in this area! I know he has had problems in the past, but it would never stop me from seeing him again.

Not real good. If your old. Wants you to work thru the pain of a very hard life. If if you can't walk.

Dr. Craig listens to my questions and discusses them with me in an attentive and caring manner.

Dr. Craig is a wonderful physician. He took the time to talk with myself and my mother to ease her mind about some things. He explains everything and always asks if I have any questions. He is very thorough but what really shines through is the way he cares, you can see it in his eyes and smile.Dr. Craig is very understanding and at the same time will tell you what he thinks. Never in an unkind way. He simply puts it out there.I have recommended him to quite a few people and will continue to do so.
