Dr. James Charles Craig, MD

On my first appointment with Dr. Craig, he treated me professionally and talked to me as an equal, not some 78 year who didn't know what she was talking about. He listened to what I had to say and advised me accordingly; I felt comfortable after I left his office; I felt he would be able to help me. Barbara Bourgeois

My review is not current but since we've moved across the state -we still say we wish we could see Dr.Craig. He was always there to see you, give advice or direct you to a specialist if needed. He always followed up. His office staff was always helpful.

Very patient and good

I have had Dr Craig for 15 years now (abouts) and love having him for a doctor. He takes time to listen to you when he is seeing you. He isn't just listening to you talk and then heading onto his next patient. He actually listens and helps you out with whatever your problem maybe at that time. I would strongly recommend him to anyone seeking a doctor. He has a great bedside manner. Wonderful family doctor.

I think Dr Craig is the best have been going to him for about 9years I would not see anyone else.his office staff are let's just say I have nothing nice to say but he is wonderful

Getting an appoint if you're sick can be close to impossible, especially when dealing with the reception staff at this office. These women are miserable and barely answer the phone or will leave you on hold for close to 20 minutes. Dr. Craig always seems to run late, leaving his patients waiting close to an hour after the scheduled appointment time. The nurses are generally nice and so is he, but he is much to quick to dismiss abnormal test results. He will not inform his patients of abnormal EKGs and blood test results which has proved to be dangerous for my family. I would not recommend this office or doctor.

The office staff are the reason we are switching doctors! Dr. Craig is amazing! His nurses are always so nice, but the waiting room experience leaves alot to be desired! They "lost" my daughters insurance information, and then they were rude to me because of it! We have 2 children that comd here and they have our other daughters information and the copy of their card with both names on it yet they refuse to fix the missing information! WE WILL BE SWITCHING DOCTORS!!!!
