Dr. James Robert Crandell, MD

I was referred to Dr. Crandell by another cardiologist due to my insurance issues. When I called the office for a followup visit (I was in the ED and wearing a life vest) and explained my situation, Becky said she would "squeeze" me in. Dr. Crandell spent a minimum of 45-50 minutes with me getting my personal history answering, my questions, and discussed the future medical plan. Never once did I feel rushed, hurried, or "squeezed in." He was kind, informative, and made me feel at ease.

Dr. Crandell is a very knowledgable, professional, personable, caring person and a highly respected physician. He is righly regarded by medical professionals and his patients. When you need his medical attention he is there for you.

Does not care about his patients. He does not talk directly to you, he talks into a recorder and expects you to pay attention. The office staff does not answer the phone, they let the answering macine get it and then they won't call you back.
