dr d is always happy and willing to listen even on a busy day he took time to talk to me and my son about his problems .was happy that he would follow and care for our boy even while in the hospital.I learned from the staff at the hospital that he is only one of two pediatricians left in the area that actually care for their patient even when admitted to the hospital.he even came in the nbite we were admitted

My son has been a patient for 17yrs we love dr d and will be sad when we leave next year when he goes off to college. today we met the 2 "new girls" and am pleased that they are as adorable as the "old girls" . i recommend him to all my family and friends.

very good docter great interaction with the kids we have had to take our children there many times ,and whenever needed they can squeeze us in ,during busy times there is a wait but this is understandable and he spends a lot of time with patients never fails to answer all questions

I have been a patient of Dr. D's and Hazelbaker and would have no one else take after my children but them. We miss Dr. H. Dr. D has always been an amazing doctor. Friendly, kind, and funny with the children. His OM and front office staff (one who answers the phone) are very rude, disgusting, and UNprofessional. Every time I'm in there they have conversations about their weekend or what happened the night before. It's one thing to have a personal conversation at work but it's disrespectful to have it in front of your patients. Every time I'm there which has been quite frequently those two are always screwing around. I'm tired of hearing the annoying laugh, the obnoxious talk (as if we're in high school) and negative attitude towards patients. If the Dr doesn't get his staff under control he's going to have a lot of GOOD patients finding an office with professional staff and a DR. who is more concerned about patients.

ANY TIME I CALL TO GET MY SICK CHILD IN THE OFFICE IS VERY ACCOMODATING. THEY EVEN STAY AFTER HOURS IF NEEDED. WHICH DURING THIS TERRIBLE FLU SEASON THEY DID HAVE TO DO FOR MY FAMILY. DR IS VERY UNDERSTANDING, LISTENS TO WHAT THE PARENTS CONCERNS ARE AND ADDRESSES THEM ADEQUATELY. VERY PLEASED WITH DR AND STAFF THEY ARE AWESOME.

Waited almost an hour, listening to the unprofessional chatter of the staff about their obviously dysfunctional personal life:(

I just can't believe how long we waited...an hour and a half!! And it would have been longer if we hadn't left! We told the staff we had been waiting 1.5 hours and we were done waiting, they asked if we wanted to reschedule but didn't even seem to care that we had waited so long. This appointment had been made a week earlier so we weren't "squeezed" in, absolutely NO reason for such a wait especially since our appt. was at 10:15 and they open at 9am and there were only 2 othere people before us signed in! Very disappointing because he is a nice doctor and has good bedside manner. Also on a positive note, our son is autistic and the doctor is very helpful with prescribing speech and physical therapy so it is covered through our insurance.

Been with him for 15 years. He has always listened. His manner with kids is great. They are very accommodating. They always call back with an answer in reasonable time. I don't wait long to get in, and get ample time with Dr. Truly reccommend.
