They missed several issues that a dentist that actually cares for his patients found, double billed, after charging insurance, they lie, and will refuse to provide statements after the receptionist with shoe polish eyebrows, and a jelly filled face tries to rip off your health savings account.

I had to wait about 3 weeks to get a first appointment for xrays and a consult. I was having an issue with a crown and the dentist took a look at it and filed it down a bit. As I was checking out, I saw that I was charged $44 for an "adjustment" that of course was my copay through my insurance. The xrays were covered at no cost. I have never in my entire life been charged for such a thing, especially one that took all of two minutes. I do not expect anything for free, however, usually these types of things are done as a courtesy--and I was NOT told there would be charge. Then when setting the next appointment for a cleaning, the soonest available is the first week of July!!!! 4 months later which I think is ridiculous. I could have a cavity by then!
