Dr. De Cubas was born in New York City in 1951, and moved to Cuba shortly afterwards. He left Cuba in 1962 and was raised in Kentucky and then Jacksonville, Florida. In 1977 Dr. De Cubas graduated from Zaragoza School of Medicine in Zaragoza, Spain finishing pediatric training in 1982 at Orlando Regional Medical Center. Dr. De Cubas is Board Certified in Pediatrics, and Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
