The only Urologist in Torrington. Make an appointment for months later, they won't call to remind you of an upcoming appointment. You miss two of them and your out. They refuse to see you anymore. If they would just call to remind you of your upcoming appt, all would be ok. Also, if you have a UTI and are in a wheel chair, pretty much forget about them getting a urine sample from you.

Office staff are polite enough to begin with, they quickly lose their patience when asking for directions or clarification of instruction given. Follow up appointments extremely difficult to obtain, even for people who have bee seen.MD is a carng person but office staff ruin his rep.
