Dr. Dickson's chair-side manner is good, as is his assistant's; however, his front office staff are rude and uncaring. At some point, doctors' office staff, and doctors, are going to have to realize that the patient is just as important as the doctor. There is no excuse for rudeness, aloofness, and plainly unsympathetic staff, and a doctor who won't answer to his staff's behavior. I can only believe that the doctor has instructed their bad behavior, since he is not willing to intervene for their rudeness.

Dr. Dickson and his staff give excellent service at every visit. Dr. Dickson examines every aspect of the eye. I trust him wholeheartedly for my family's eye health.

I've moved away from Columbia but continue to return to see Dr. Dickson.

Wouldn't think of going anywhere else. However, the address is wrong-they moved from Taylor St.
