Dr. James Edward Diekroger, MD

This provider was the most awkward person I have ever met. My daughter is a diabetic and had an infected toe and basically told me to take care of her toe ourselves at home and wanted to talk more about her diabetes . She was in so much pain and did nothing to help her. He has a very weird demeanor. I will be looking to switch to a new provider ASAP!!

The doctor is great and really listens and explains things but whoever answers the phone at Puritas with the heavy accent is a pain and keeps refusing to refill meds without an appointment even though the doctor himself told me at the last appointment she made me make that I didn't need to be seen for a refill even if it's been a year.

Dr. Diekroger is approachable and understanding. He works with you and really listens. The staff is very professional. I was surprised how good he and his staff are.

Unprofessional office staff, medical assistant with long chipped fingernails, generally unclean, unkept appearance. Doctor Diekrueger was vague and awkward in bedside manner, didn't seem sure of himself nor asked appropriate questions. The office was empty of patients for the entire time I was there.
