All of these 5 star reviews without comment must be written by the rude office staff. More than an hour behind, no respect for patients time.

I had an ulnar shortening Osteotomy about 17 years ago. During the surgery I woke up hearing the saw cutting my ulna. When I finally got his attention I heard him say 'Put her Out,etc.Well, I need a revision of this procedure. Screws are displaced. Pain. Nerve throbbing. Cannot use my right arm. I called his office. They do not take my current insurance. Receptionist was rude. He will not honor his previous surgery. Medically unethical to me.

Had an ulnar shortening Osteotomy about 17 years ago. I'm having issues. Screws are coming displaced. Pain. Nerve issues. Dr. Dietz will not honor his previous care due to my insurance. I find this medically unethical.

Waiting for almost 3 hours to see a doctor is unprofessional and shows a total lack of management skills. I had hand surgery four months ago and it did nothing to alleviate the pain. Dr Dietz seemed unconcerned with the results and suggested he go back in and take a look. He lacks social skills and his results leave a lot to be desired.

I agree with many of the reviews regarding the long wait. However, I was interested in an excellent hand surgeon when I started going to see Dr. Dietz. He has done two surgeries on my hands and I couldn't be happier. Now I go for cortisone injections and will put up with the wait to see Dr. Dietz!

HORRIBLE, got their early, front desk rude. They acted like they were doing me a favor. If you ask question they talk down to you. As a senior citizen I cannot recommend this office unless you like to be treated as if you have no value. They were not on schedule.

Waited months for an appt., hours in the waiting room. Quite clear Dietz didn't look at my chart - same films different doctor spotted the fracture immediately. Can't decide if Dietz is lazy or incompetent. Maybe both.

I have never been to a worse medical office before. There are no private rooms just curtains. You can hear what he is saying to each patient. NO PRIVACY. The doctor gave a wrong diagnosis to my boxers fracture hand. The office staff is the rudest that I have ever met. They schedule 8 people all at once. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Experience. LONG WAIT.

Very busy office but great doctor! I had a carpel tunnel release and was back to normal activity with NO PAIN in days!! very good hand doctor worth the wait of this busy office

I waited four months for an appointment, then over 2 hours in the waiting room to see the doctor about pain in the palm of my hand. They took x-rays which he said looked "pretty good". Re: the pain, "Try rubbing it. Maybe that will make it feel better" (Doesn't everything?). Then he offered to operate on my non-existent carpal tunnel wrists. That took less than five minutes. Another doctor, and more x-rays. I was able to spot 2 huge bone spurs without them the doctor having to point them out. I'm not a stupid patient and refuse to be treated as such.
