We absolutely LOVE Dr. Douglas and his entire staff, Lana, Vickie and Karen! They listen to every concern and answer every question with compassion and knowledge. They treat you like family and are such a great team together; they really work together to make your difficult journey easier! Seriously, it’s so hard to find an entire doctor’s staff where every person is super friendly and you actually enjoy seeing at each appointment but IVF Plano has exactly that! We are forever thankful for IVF Plano for making our dreams come true with our sweet girl and the rest of our embabies waiting on ice. They made struggling with infertility so much easier and less stressful. We can’t recommend them enough!

My husband and I have been trying to start a family for 4 years now, and were so frustrated with my old OB telling us that all of our lab results were normal and that we just needed to keep trying. So we did for another 2 years. We finally decided to get a fertility doctor's opinion and came across Dr. Douglas. It was the BEST decision that we have ever made!!! Dr. Douglas was so knowledgeable (over 30 years of experience!) easy to talk to, and within 5 minutes of looking at my previous lab results, he was able to figure out immediately what our fertility issues were. We were so amazed!!! Dr. Douglas got me on track with meds and shots to help with what I was deficient in, and within 2 cycles... We had a SUCCESSFUL PREGNANCY!!! I am currently in my 2nd trimester and feeling awesome! I am forever grateful to Dr. Douglas and his staff especially his awesome awesome nurse, Angela, the registration team (always so nice and friendly), and the sonographer. This is without any doubt the best IVF clinic in the DFW area. The clinic was on my insurance’s -“Center of excellence” list. I scheduled an appointment was able to get in quickly. Dr Douglas, unlike some of his peers in the industry, is not big on sweet talk but very straight forward, he explained everything in detail since day one. Never met a man with more honesty and integrity. He sat down with me, listened to what I had to say and gave me a solid plan AND its working! His entire team including the IVF Lab and the Presbyterian ARTs staff are all amazing, professional and courteous people. Highly…Highly recommend!!!

When we realized our only option was IVF, I did my research and found that Dr. James Douglas had really good percentage results. So we started our process with him and don't regret it one bit! The office staff are awesome! Always answering the phone and friendly smiles when you arrive. Dr James Douglas is very professional, quick to the point, but willing to listen as well and not just rush you out. Went in for my first ultrasound today at 7weeks 1day and found out we are having twins!!! :) I cannot thank Dr. Douglas and his staff enough for what they have done for us!

We would like to thank the entire team of dr. Douglas who were with us in this entire journey of ours to have our sweet little baby couple of months back. We also had some failed attempts of ivf but there was always a sense of confidence which we have received from Dr. Douglas that our time will surely come and here we are with our little one after a wait of 2 years, so don’t loose hope if you are with dr Douglas. Dr. Douglas and his team (Angela, Steve, Lana, Vicky and Karen) were a God sent. They were compassionate detailed, and did not sugar coat anything, which is extremely helpful given the nature of what we all deal with. We have been with Dr. Douglas for almost 2 years and were able to successfully conceive via IVF. It was his experience and knowledge of having done this for so many years that led to our success. He modified our dosage and other processes each time to try and get us pregnant using various different methods before pursuing IVF. Angela and Lana were extremely patient and detailed throughout the process and helped us navigate through the visits and journey. Dr. Douglas and his team will answer all questions you have as long as you ask them and are actively involved in knowing what to ask and what you are going through. We would recommend anyone who is going through this path to go see Dr. Douglas and his team. For us Angela was a blessing because we really… connected with her, and she was extremely helpful in explaining everything and taking the extra time to sit and talk to us.

Dr. Douglas is THE BEST! We all know that going through the IVF process can be exhausting and an emotional roller coaster. Dr. Douglas and his team, Lana, Angela, Vicki, Karen, Steve, etc. are amazing. Not only is he trustworthy and empathetic, my appointments were always on time which is huge for someone who works full time going through IVF. I strongly recommend IVF Plano to those trying to conceive. I'm happy to say it worked for our family and we are pregnant with our first baby. Natalie M.
