Dr. Egan is a very knowledgeable and kind doctor and we are very happy with him!

Simply a terrific doctor.

For 2 conditions after 2 endoscopes he was awesome in his diagnosis which resulted in 2 emergency surgeries. I went 2 years later for an unrelated problem. He again did an endoscopy and since my endoscopy did not show anything I was dismissed with the same systems still there. I then made an appointment again with him and since he could not figure out what was wrong I was given a prescription with instructions to take medication for several weeks can then call him. Well the medication did not help so I did as he had instructed and called him back. Instead of calling me back after calling him every day for 10 days I give up. It is apparent to me that he will not be calling me back and I will have to find another doctor. His practice must be for only endoscopies and colonoscopies as his follow-up to appointments are poor or don't exist!

Dr. Egan has provided some of the worst care I have ever witnessed. He still does not know my name after half a dozen lengthy visits. Every single time he comes into the room for appointments, he has no idea who I am or why I am there. He has never once been on time for an appointment. He has never once followed up on anything. I have called his office every day for a week, and never received a call back until I threatened a complaint. Avoid this guy at all costs if you're looking for a speedy recovery.
