His patients seem happy with him, but I'm not. Except for my first visit, he yelled at me each time I saw him, apologized, and then did it the next time. I respond by staying quiet, which makes it is easy for him to yell. I'd leave feeling unhappy, and I stopped seeing him eventually. I went to see another doctor recently about my chest problems, and the first thing he did was to walk into his office with an CT scan from a few years ago showing that I have a herniated diaphragm with stuff pushing up into my chest cavity. When I had told Dr. Eichel about two years ago that I was told in the past that I have a herniated diaphragm, he said it was not so, and did nothing about it.

Great service. Seen ASAP when needed. Drop in time is quick as long as you make it in during the drop in time indicated, if you miss the time they a great in taking you in the same day with an appointment.

Dr. Eichel is very caring but never seems to have enough time. The exams do not seem to be very thorough. But the knowledge of conditions is good. The follow up from the office is poor. You need to be your own advocate. The wait time in the office is always long. The reception staff have improved greatly.
