After having MRI results and scheduling surgery at Dr. Emanuel's office, I have never had a more amazing experience. Everyone was very caring and even called to check up on me after surgery. Would highly recommend this practice.

He was very professional and not an alarmist. He both educated me and listened well. I was able to do my first test (X-ray ) in his office. His staff assisted me with followthrough testing for later discussion. He was active but not proactive-ie no invasive treatment prior to test results.

I went to see Dr. Emmanuel over a work comp case involving bi-lateral labrum tear and a rotator cuff tear one one shoulder also. I am still 3 weeks out on my hopefully last surgery. It was way better than the first. But I had less done this time also. He doesnt spend an y time after surgery at all to explain to the patient what happened and rushes you right out of there but still very excellent Dr. would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Emanuel has excellent surgical skills. His office staff is a NIGHTMARE. Rude on the phone, inadequately trained to compose a letter, unprofessional in asking you to pay on your bill IN THE WAITING ROOM. Do not expect empathy. They go through the motions. Office manager does NO FOLLOW UP with the patient. Would find another physician.
