Dr. James Grover Epstein, MD

Dr. Epstein is one of the 2 best doctors i have ever seen. He is thorough, he takes his time and takes as much time as the patient needs and he has his staff call to check on us. He is always smiling and happy. Thank you Dr. Epstein

Horrible office, totally unorganized still wheeling around paper files. Submitted FMLA documents for Dr. to sign on Monday, was promised them by Tuesday, and as of Thursday they still aren't signed. My grandmother was a long-time patient and is in critical condition after a heart-attack. Not only has her primary care physician (epstein) not contacted anyone from the family for a status update, they're dragging their feet signing a document necessary for 2 family members to get time off work to spend with her in ICU. As far as I'm concerned, this lack of compassion and consideration should be enough for anyone to steer clear of this clown

Excellent Dr., very thorough, listens to what you have to say and addresses problems. Pleasant, soft-spoken, always right-on with diagnoses and treatment plans.

Excellent, caring doctor. May have to wait, but care and compassion during appointment make up for it. Never have felt like "just another patient" or a number...he is among that rare breed of doctors who actually cares about his patients, not how they're lining his wallet. Also, will give Rx coupons and prescribe generic to help with your medication budget.

Wait can be long sometimes but it is worth it. He will spend as much time with you as necessary
