Dr. James Fierro, DO

Horrible, horrible, horrible practice! If you advocate for your health, this doctor will terminate his dealings with you! The clerical staff are as rude as they come!

Most caring doctor I have seen.

Dr. Fierro and staff have provided excellent health care for me for over 12 years. They always take plenty of time to discuss issues before providing treatment recommendations. I've always felt like I was in capable, caring hands at this practice.

My father was a patient for 25 years. You signed his death certificate - yet NEVER sent a condolence or other acknowledgment of his passing. You had the nerve to send a reminder to go for blood work prior to his next physical. He won’t be there !!! We heard from the eye doctor, dentist and barber. They sent notes and even came to the funeral ! You send a physicians assistant to do your work and charge Medicare as IF YOU actually laid eyes on the patient. You are the WORST doctor in Delaware! You should be ashamed of yourself !!

You never see the Dr. because he pawns you off on his assistants and if you ask to speak to him, god help you as he is rude and aloof when he comes to speak to you!! I would never , never suggest this Dr. to anyone and his entire office staff from the receptionist to his PA's are mean, nasty and rude!!

This practice will not call you with test results. You must contact them. In addition, the doctor's office manager is his wife. I have left many messages for her to call me to no avail. Dr. Fierro has been advertising in The News Journal daily for 2 years. What does that tell you about his desperation for patients???

I highly recommend his practice. Most of the time I am seeing by a Nurse Practitioner. She is highly competent, medically knowledgeable and always take care of my health issues in the right direction. Always able to schedule an appointment.

Have been going to Dr. FIERRO office for years. Would not go any where else. Office staff is very helpful. I have never been rush, always take time to answer all my questions.

Never see the Dr only nurses. Don't feel they are knowledgeable. Not patient friendly. you cannot get a prescription refilled without making follow up appointments
