Dr. James William Finnerty, MD

Dr.Finnerty goes to great lengths in order to maintain needed control over health issues which some may overlook.

Doctors are great but support staff is not. Receptionists are great at taking notes and passing them on to the nurses (or whatever their positions are that relay the message to the dr and then gets back to the patient). However, the so called nurses are substandard. They do not read the notes and often give inaccurate info back to the patient. After 3 phone calls the so called nurse still couldn't answer a simple question and started making things up that I supposedly said. Her answer, make an appointment. Seems to be the norm as I have read others comments. Thats the answer for everything - come in even for the simplest issue.

Dr. Finnerty is a great doctor. He truly listens and doesn't rush you and you can tell he's interested and cares. You don't feel as if you are cattle. I have been with him for 17 years and have always been very pleased with him as a doctor!

Dr. Finnerty is comprehensive in his approach so much so that he changed the course of an undiagnosed health condition which could have proven to be quite serious. I am extremely comfortable with his extensive knowledge and interest in improving my quality of life.

Dr. Finnerty is a personable and professional physician who treats his patients with great dignity and respect. He is a wonderful man who really does take a genuine interest in his patients' well-being. I wish more doctors were like him,. He is amazing!
