Jacka**. Filed a complaint with the state. Hope he chokes on the words he used..."Well we f'ed up." He also doesn't carry malpractice insurance. I wonder why? Too many payputs & his premiums went up? Who knows. Definitely not trustworthy.

I had more problems to my left ankle than most doctors had to deal with. Dr Fletcher and Dr Dreszer reconstructed and saved my foot , it was rotting to the bone due to infection. What they did I believe is 100% a miracle and obviously the highest level of training and skill. As U walk into the office , its filled with warmth and friendliness, from the staff to all the Doctor's present. Thank U for all u have done and still doing, I feel part of the family there. I cant thank you enough Dr. Fletcher for saving my fiance's life and to all the staff as well who helped during the surgery.The staff provided excellent professional and courteous care. if it wasn't for a blepharoplasty procedure we would not find out he had a full-blown arrhythmias. Our experience in this facility is the best we ever encountered,staff very friendly,and Dr. Fletcher we greatly appreciate it the follow up calls even on the weekends.

I had a finger partially bitten off by a dog. The ER cleaned up the wound and I saw Dr. Fletcher the next morning. He performed a partial amputation. Three months and 4 office visits later, my finger had re-grown its nail. His fee ... zero. He told me that he didn't need to charge for minor procedures. It wasn't minor to me. He's a great doctor and and even better person!

After 8 years,16 surgeries, 5 bone infections, 1 blood infection and the prospect of losing my leg, I went to Dr. Fletcher. We did a skin graft on my leg and guess what, 1 surgery and I am finally well again. This is the guy you want for chronic wound care.

Recently I was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma breast cancer and decided to have a breast reconstruction after a mastectomy. Dr. Fletcher assisted Dr. Dreszer in performing the superficial inferior epigastric artery (SIEA) flap reconstruction. The surgery was a success and I am extremely satisfied and grateful for everything they did, as well as my family. I cannot find enough words to thank Dr. Fletcher for what he has done for me and for being so attentive before and after the surgery. "Fletch" was my Breast Cancer Reconstructive Surgeon from 2002 until 2006, at the Regions Hospital Breast Health Center in St. Paul, Mn...I seriously doubt I could have made it through those surgeries with the optimistic outlook I had unless he WAS my surgeon...Through it all, he was right there, supportive, understanding, and competent that I would be strong enough and resilient enough to complete the reconstruction of both of my new "designer" Boobies...He gave me the confidence that at the time I was without...I thank him greatly for putting up with my frustrations and my stubbornness...I've been Cancer FREE since and I WILL be going back to see him this month for my 10+Year checkup on my implants...One word for "Fletch"...AWESOME!!!
