When we first went to Dr. Ford's office I thought he was outstanding. He was able to get our 5 year old through a difficult crown in office, rather than being put under. She is now 15 and over the years Dr. Ford's service and ability to work with children has deteriorated. The staff was not able to get our younger daughter to have x-rays more than one time during her visits ranging from 4 yrs old to 11 yrs of age. This created a serious problem and increased her anxiety about going to dentists. We took her to a second dentist and the staff there had her in and out of xrays in less than 15 minutes to overcome the fears that Dr. Ford's staff had instilled. As for my older daughter, at her last filling, Dr. Ford made comments directly to her that were less than polite regarding her teeth. She left feeling uncomfortable and not wanting to visit at Dr. Ford's office in the future. We have since moved her to another dentist also.
