Dr. James William Forsen, MD

Dr Forsen was fine but his billing department literally lied to us and took an additional 250 dollar copay we had already paid. When I complained to the billing specialist, she didn’t care and just told me that it wasn’t her fault. She also spoke over me the entire conversation. Dr. Forsen was very nice, his staff was an absolute atrocity. Do not go here only to avoid a careless staff that will be little to no help during the follow up.

Dr. Forsen has always recognized and remembered us when we come in to see him. Both of my children have seen him, one from the tender age of 5 days old to now 5 years. He is so great with my children and takes the time to explain what is happening and why and the next steps. He also takes the time to ask if "mom or dad" have any questions which is amazing in this age of rushing doctors

I brought my 4-year old son to see Dr. Forsen. He is absolutely wonderful! He "clicked" with my son right away, made him at ease, had wonderful bedside manner in general. I would recommend him in a heart beat. It is not everyday that you see a physician so caring and personable.

After my 4 year old had her tonsils taken out, he was in the surgery center the whole day. He, himself, even called 2 days after to check on her!!! He has always taken his time with us, to explain, and to answer all of our questions. He is so compassionate to the kids. His staff has always been more than friendly, and very helpful!

Our daughter was born with a birth defect...and Dr. Forsen was the first and only ENT we saw (with the exception of the other doctors in the office on rare occassion - weekends/emergencies). He spent time explaining to us what was happening, empathisizing with us, he even came into the hospital to check on her when he had his kids and he was not the on-call doctor.
