10 years later, I feel angry and cheated that Dr. Fowler and his associate decided on their own -while I was unconscious on the table - to skip the medial part of the thigh lift. When I questioned him post-op, he said "You didn't want a scar down your thigh anyway," to which I replied, "Yes, I did." He also refused to do necessary liposuction with the procedures because claimed not to know how to bill the covered and non-covered procedures in the same surgery (though he did figure out how to charge for my uncovered tummy tuck). To this day I feel misshapen and cheated.

I want to take the time to share my experience with Dr Fowler and his staff, especially after having undergone two surgeries in less than a year. I had some complications following the 1st procedure which I was thoroughly educated prior to surgery of all potential risk. Long story short Dr Fowler and staff held my hand through the entire process and he performed a second surgery correcting the problem, which was unrelated to his work. He and his staff are compassionate and have earned my 5 stars

Loved him! He explains everything to you before deciding. Would highly recommend him!

Made a mess of my face.

when I made my appointment with dr fowler, was a little apprehensive about what to expect. dr fowler immediately put my fears to rest. he greeted me with a smile and talked to me as if he has known me for years. Before my procedure, I was kept informed about the insurance process and what I should expect where that was concerned by his staff and I was treated with sincere care. The time my procedure was to begin, dr fowler met with me again to explain the pros and cons of this procedure. I was given instructions in a manner where if I wasn't in healthcare, I could understand what was being said to me. The day of my procedure, he met with me and my husband and told us both what to expect. although he was the physician, he put me in charge of my care and that made me feel important. My recovery time with the circumferential abdominoplasty was 3 weeks. I felt no pain after the medication was stopped and the healing process was quick. I have just been released today by Dr. Fowler after my second surgery. I had weight loss surgery 2 and 1/2 years ago and ended up with a lot of excess skin on my stomach and abdomen. I consulted with Dr. Fowler about what my options were. I had two seperate surgerys to remove the skin. Dr. Fowler was always very friendly and caring. He took time to answer any and all questions that I had at any time. He is a perfectionist. That is always a good thing in a surgeon!!After my last surgery I had a major reaction to some medicine. Dr. Fowler met me at his office on Friday afternoon at closing time to see what was going on. He called and got me in with a dermatologist that same afternoon. The office is staff is extremely helpful also. I could always depend on them to return my calls quickly when it was something urgent. My experience with Dr. Fowler and his staff has been wonderful. I would recommend him to anyone!!

I love this doctor!! I had breast surgery performed and I'm so happy I could bust. They're gorgeous. If I wasn't sure I'd get arrested, I'd flash everyone I could because I'm so proud!! Dr. Fowler rocks!

There are not enough superlatives to describe my experience with Dr. Fowler and his staff. I have gone through three major surgeries and am planned for another one in October. Each surgery has gone so well and without any problems. I'm a 51 year old woman and have lost a significant amount of weight. This left me with enough skin to construct another human being. Needless to say, my body was a train wreck. Today, thanks to Dr. Fowler and his expertise (and I mean expertise!), I go outside in my yard in shorts and a bikini top without inhibition, displaying a very flat stomach and wonderful breasts that sit up high, where they were when I was 20. Correction, I don't think my breasts looked this good when I was 20! I have worked in the medical community for 30+ years and have observed the personalities and skills firsthand of many a physician. Dr. Fowler stands out above all I've known. He's what I call an artist because my incisions were not only straight, but are almost… imperceptible and it's only been one year! When he marks me up before my surgeries, he's always precise to the point of being a perfectionist (which is definitely what you want in your plastic surgeon!). I will continue to see Dr. Fowler and would, without reservation, recommend him to my family, friends and anyone on the street who I come into contact with. If I had to choose between expertise and bedside manner, I'd choose expertise every time. Luckily with Dr. Fowler I don't have to make that choice because he has both -- in spades!!

I had an tummy tuck, which my insurance approved fullpayment for medical condition. Dr Fowler did just what was medically necessary. I don't fell he tried to give any extra to make my stomach look youthful again. Granted, I had alotof skin and was really obese and still could lose another 30 lbsbefore I had the surgery, but I feel very dissatisfied with my results today (9 mos post-op). I have a flat front with protruding sides. I have no waist definition. He basically cut off the problem and left the sides for me to deal with...VERY UNHAPPY with my looks today. I guess the old saying goes...you get what you pay for!!
