I moved to Dallas and especially drove down to San Antonio for my son's wisdom tooth removal as my appointment was scheduled prior to our move. I requested Dr Franco's office multiple times for a written quote after the insurance, and the only one they send me was before insurance. I was given out of pocket amount over the phone but nothing in writing. The day of the surgery after driving 5 hours, I was told my out of pocket was additional 600 dollars for a total of $1,500 dollars now. I asked to speak to the doctor and the office manager to discuss further and I was told that with this discussion, i have missed the appointment time and they will need to reschedule me. The office had no regard for me driving 5 hours and spending the night at the hotel. If you are looking for an office that care about their pockets first. You found it and i encourage you to go. This office is NOT customer facing.

Dr. Franco was amazing with my wisdom teeth removal! Had very little post-op pain and no issues after the surgery! I recommend him to everyone that needs oral surgery

Dr. Franco was absolutely amazing with my 8 yr old daughter. After she went to two different dentists who attempted to pull her tooth and failed Dr. Franco took her into his care and calmed her fears and was gentle and kind with her. His "bed-side" manner was amazing for both parent and child. His staff is very friendly and although I arrived a few minutes late due to an accident they were compassionate and we only had to wait a couple of minutes. His staff seemed experienced and advised me well on how to care for her. He called the follow up the evening after the surgery and also saw her a week later to ensure she was doing well. I would absolutely suggest him to any adult or child.
