Unprofessional doctor. Period. All appointments turned into three hrs. Most often people that came in after me were seen before me. The receptionist would open door to the bathroom before you had your pants up. and The doctor between swearing at people, sleeping during times he should see patients, his verbally abusive manner, and not ever listening(talking over the patient and not allowing you to speak to him or even ask a question due to him interrupting) when I was trying to work thru a difficult time, it finally became so miserable to go there, that I quit going and got off the med he prescribed. He was far worse for recovery than going thru it alone. I was very disappointed in him. He didn’t care about everyone. The oath he took was to not ever do undue harm. He’s too arrogant to see how he treats some of his patients. The last day I tried many times to talk with him. He interrupted me from first word and spoke over me. Repeatedly. Can’t have a good relationship… with a doctor that won’t listen to his patients. He doesn’t follow guidelines to treat patients individually. It felt like a corrupt money making thing rather than a doctor who cared about people and what they were working thru. After a year of terrible appointments I finally got tired of those meds being held over my head. I got off everything. And have done a complete turn around for the better. And stayed clean. Shouldn’t feel sick to your stomach at having to see a doctor.

Dr Frew took time when other other doctors wouldn't. He is not only a doctor, he is a friend. He'll listen and take time to figure things out. He cares about all of his patients and he truly saved my life. I am forever grateful for his knowledge and kindness. Best doctor A++++

He is by FAR one of the worst doctors I have ever known. I have driven a friend to his office 2 different times and had to wait for 2-4 hours each time. Today we were told to be there by 12:50, we were there at 12:45 and the doctor was napping and started seeing patients after 2 pm! Last time we were told to be there at 9 made it 15 minutes early and the doctor came strolling in the office at 9:30 to turn around and leave again 15 minutes later to return with flowers. Ended up skipping over my friend for 2+ hours and then FINALLY seen him. Meanwhile I sat in the vehicle with my infant son waiting for an appointment that should've been over in minutes, maybe 30! This doctor has made comments referring to his control over a certain medication that addicts need. Has outright sworn to patients using the F word and has the worst bedside manner. Here I sit it's 2:30 pm and my friend was promised to be seen 1st and I have been here going on 2 hours and three people have been seen ahead again.… I feel horrible for my friend because he has no insurance and the doctor knows this and he cannot afford to find a new doctor. Dr. Frew is a joke!
