Dr. James Christophe Froncek, DO

When you see this physician you never know what kind of mood he will be in and he did a very poor job following my mother’s care. I would never recommend this physician to anyone.

I've seen Dr Froncek for a few years now. He has always been courteous to me and referred me to specialists if anything was outside his comfort zone. His nurse is so kind and caring. I admit he does always schedule a follow up visit at my appointments that can be costly but I can always count on getting right in without a wait when I have an appointment and he's great refilling prescriptions!

Dr Froncek was the worst Dr I have ever seen. He is rude, arrogant, won't listen to what is wrong with you just makes up what he thinks so he doesn't have to listen to you. He beats down his staff and mumbles when he talks. When you tell him you can't hear him he yells like you are stupid. He wants you to come back a ridiculous amount of times and then can't remember why he had you come back and you try to tell him he gets annoyed. Tried to ask questions over My Mercy and he would not answer the question, worst Dr I ever tried to deal with, wonder if he's bi-polar? I would rate him no stars but it won't let me!
