Dr. James Peter Fulop, MD

Started me on CPAP, helped me get a machine quickly. I finally feel rested in the mornings.

Dr. J.P. Fulop has provided me absolutely superb clinical care in neurology and sleep medicine at the Columbus, Veterans Affairs Clinic. He is a highly trained and experienced clinician with specialties in three areas, including psychiatry. Dr. Fulop is competent, compassionate, and embraces "patient centered care." I trust my life to Dr. James P. Fulop.

Excellent physician in every way

I'm a 67 year young widow & I relocated here in 2011. I needed my C-Pap serviced & me too. I made an appointment and I was shocked at how fast I got in, saw the Dr. . He made all the appointments and I had everything completed in less than two weeks total ! I am staying with this doctor for sure - he always makes me feel like I'm his only patient at the time! That's rare in this day & age!

Very kind man/Doctor

Joyce, office manager, was rude on multiple occasions and it was obvious she was intentionally avoiding addional work when approached with questions and routine office requests. My condition is disabling and required paperwork for my short term disability to be completed in a timely manner. These papers were ignored and resent 5 times. After finalling being sent in they were incorrect and without a physician's signature. Due to the delays from dr fulop's office my claim was closed due to a lack of supporting physician's documentation. This was of course devastating emotionally and financially. As for Dr fulop himself, he told me there was little if nothing that could be done for me and offered no treatment plan suggesting I try caffeine to help me stay awake during the day. I have wasted months working with Dr Dunlop and his office and my condition has only worsened.

Saw him for sleep study follow up and his staff was good natured and he himself saw me within 15 min of my entering I have not negative comments about this provider.

Techs provided much more info than doctor. Visits seemed to be programmed, by the book.

I am a new patient of Dr. Fulop and I found him to be a great doctor and I am happy with my diagnosis, unfortunately he is extremely hard to contact. I found out the only way is to leave him a message with "Joyce" and she will "do her best to get back to you within 24 hours". After three messages and 7 days later I got a call from Joyce who was completely unprofessional, did not allow me to get a word in edge wise and hung up......I was shocked and didn't know what just happened. I was just looking for an opinion on a different device and a copy of my prescription. I really want Dr. Fulop's opinion but I don't want to deal with Joyce again...... but it seams to be the only path.

Arrogant, annoyed, bored. Maybe it was a bad day but he's a jerk
