I was a patient of Dr Gallo's and I found him to be a very caring Doctor who asked questions & really cared about your response. Very easy to talk to and his staff was amazing as well. I'd highly recommend him to anyone who needs his services.

Right from the first phone call to Dr. Gallo's office I was treated by a very friendly person on the phone who was also very professional. She made my appt. and then later called to remind me of it. Dr. Gallo does not rush you he first sits back and listens to what you have to say and how you feel. He then explains clearly to you what he suggests and works with you along the way. Very professional ALWAYS as is his office staff. DR. Gallo does not over book like most doctors do so this way you can send the time needed with him

Person at desk was not at all nice. Had to wait forever then doctor had to ask me what medicine I was taking , left office very confused at his lack of caring.

The office staff is very helpful, the new office is comfortable and the doctor is the best in the area. What more can you ask for.

So I called to schedule an appointment the receptionist Wasnt the friendliest.however I can not speak for the doctor, however right now his schedule is completely booked and is not accepting any new patience as of may 23 2013 ao he must be doing something right. Unfortunately He does not accept united health rite care insurance or Medicare so I'm guessing there very picky about insurance because mine is full coverage like how could u not accept that so good luck trying to get I'm anyways.

For the record, I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease after four years. Thanks for not caring.
