Dr. James Randall Galloway, MD

I do not feel like he listened to what I had to say.

Dr James Galloway is the common mans Doctor, straight to the point and very practical. He wont mince words and will not fail to pass you on the right solution if he cannot deal with something and if needed. A kind and pragmatic fellow. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I was referred to the ER by the collegue nurse. She helped sign me in. She was worried that I had an abscess. On my tonsil which, she said, could be fatal. So I was frightened when I arrived. I could barely speak my throat was so badly swollen and I was in excrutiating pain. I waited for 3 hours before Dr. Galloway saw me. During that wait, a man obviously too inept to be anywhere near patients came in and attempted to spray my throat with a chloraseptic (sp?) Spray but missed entirely, instead spraying the side of my face. My fever increased quickly. Dr. Galloway dinally came in, took a quick look at my throat and said something to the effect of "oh, that's nothing." He gave me a sample, wrote a presciption and sent me on my way. He was very insensitive, had poor bedside manner and made me feel terrible for being there in the first place even though I was referred!

Dr Galloway is always professional and caring and unlike other doctors I can talk to him straight up and get a good answer without all the frills. WOuld reccomend him to anyone.
