Dr. James Madison Galloway, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Galloway for 15+ years. He has always provided good care. Why only 2 stars? We can thank the nurses and office staff for that rating. Considering they are responsible for executing the wishes of the doctor.... this is where they fail. I'll be lucky to get a call back within 48 hrs.....IF AT ALL. Prescription requests? That usually takes at least 48hrs. The list goes on. The only thing that has kept me there are the doctors, who are all very good. The inefficiency of the nurses/office staff do cause problems, but I've learned to just deal with it. Hope this helps.

Dr. Galloway is very accurate and timely with his diagnoses and treatments. Consistent, courteous care.

This physician's quality of care is poor. On 2 seperate office visits he never touched the patient, ie. he nor the nurse never listened to their heart or lungs. This was on a yearly office visit. His nurse is never helpful no matter what your need may be.
