Dr. James Gregory Gordon

While Dr. Gordon was very friendly, he was not thorough in his explanation of my treatment. He pushed for me to schedule an appointment to get xrays and impressions done. Since he mentioned no drawbacks, I mistakenly assumed there were no risks involved in my proposed treatment and proceeded with the xrays/impressions. After I had the xrays done, I started to research my treatment and speak with others who had the same thing done and found that there were enormous risks and drawbacks with the plan, in addition to many lifestyle changes and precautions necessary. Not only was I very disappointed that nothing was discussed before I paid out a large sum of cash, I felt extremely duped. I spoke with Dr. Gordon and told him that I was not going to proceed with treatment from him. 9 months later, I learned that his office was still fradulently billing my insurance company. I inquired with his billing person, Vickie, and she hung up on me. It's taken many calls to my insurance… company to stop their payments to Dr. Gordon since his office refused to cancel the treatment plan. To this day, they still have a large sum of money from my insurance company under the guise of "missed appointments."
