Dr. James Todd Gray

Dr. Gray and staff at East Peoria Dental recently spent numerous appts with my mom to fit her with a new upper denture. We suspect she threw out her old denture, so we were starting from scratch. We explained that she's beyond the stereotypical memory issues & is now in a middle stage of Alzheimer's that truly affects her comprehension, personality & behavior, so we honestly werenâ??t sure how she would tolerate the visits & all that went into making her a new denture. Dr. Gray & staff were amazing. After each visit, my brother-in-law would text how it went, & the theme was always how wonderful they were with my mom, how they patiently explained everything to her, how they kept her laughing. One text in particular read, â??The dr and gal working with him are real sweet and nice to her. They had her having a good time.â?? From my first phone call just gathering informationâ?¦to the final appointment, their office & staff was first class. Oh, & the denture fits great, too!
