Me and my husband have both been a patient for at least 7 years now and my husband has a lot of medical problems and usually LwYs sees Dr greenfield he has always been patient down to either and planned things mto my husband and I in a way we both could understand and when I lost my insurance they worked with me and got me discounts I believe I didn't pay more than 25/visit and not once did he ever try to push narcotics to us and we've went through many different limb removals without it and was fine

I have been looking for a new dr unhappy with my old one.. I love Dr.Greenfield. Read all my charts did bloodwork went over everything checked with my specialist before changing things.... listen to me such a great dr.

This doctor once came into the room ( after a very very long wait) and immediately began to tell me about my osteoporosis and my meds he was going to be changing etc etc until I finally interrupted him , which he didn’t like, but I had to because he thought I was somebody else. mixed me up with another patient !! So now not only did I know all that lady’s privilege health information .. but he got really angry slammed rhe laptop and storming out complaining and blaming the nurses for not knowing what rhey were doing off. Left me sitting there for five minutes until some other provider came back into the room and finished up my visit. Just wow! He’s incompetent the psych lady there is incompetent the place is one big pill pushing operation via manipulations with pain mgmt centers. Then at night he operates a suboxan clinic for ( his) addicted to opiates patients. Gets patients addicted to pills and treats them afterwards for their addictions with suboxyn yet another drug. Big money in… that! He belongs in jail

I went to him and I see him and I can tell you I never seen him prescribe pain medication unless you go to pain management I seen him and nurse practitioners also he has to many patients he takes care of and yes I can say it hard to get test done but that’s because you need approvals from your insurance card and I m get the right care there it just always packed and you wait awhile to be seen but him and Colleen are the two I see the most and they both are helpful to me no matter what dr you see people find so wrong in him but other wise he not to bad just be happy to have a doctor close to home

In my two visits,one for a routine physical, the second for a foot aliment, i only seen his physician's assistant. i had no problem with that, but for the second visit. The physicians assistant,assistant, who i did't know, took my temp. and said it was a planters wart. when the physician's assistant came in, she said it was a planters wart, from 8 feet away. my experience says treatment is based on a differential diagnosis,which gives credence to different probabilities. when i said it felt infected, and might have stepped on something, she still would not touch it. i guess warts are contagious. some warts are tender,but touching an infected area is a very telling sign. i think she made the diagnosis even before she came thru that door. I feel i can say this,because i worked with lots of good doctors at the harvard hospital and johns hopkins. this was not good medical practice. Anyway, she sent me to her friend, a podiatrist, not a dermatologist, as many would recommend. Her… diagnosis might be right..but that's not the point.

I do not recommend this doctor or his practice. when you call there 9 times out of 10 you will get a voicemail and when you leave a message its seldom returned. once you do finally get them to call you back, you have to wait quite a while past your appt. time until your seen. then you will be seen by at least 2- 3 people . one takes your vitals and all then they sit you in a small waiting room and after a 1/2 hour or so an intern ( or sometimes 2 at a time ) will come in and ask you a million questions . then after another 1/2 hour or so the Dr. will finally come in and he listens to your problem. but its like talking to a wall... he already has his mind made up on how he is going to treat you from what the interns reported to him and left outside on your waiting room door. you time with him will be about 15 minutes and he doesnt seem to care what you have to say but what he figures is the best treatments for you. most appts I had at the Frackville office lasted about 1 and a… 1/2 hrs. thats alot of time. especially if you have places to be and other things to do. now lets talk about BEFORE and AFTER you see him. the waiting room does not follow your arrival and appointment times. several times I was there and signed in ahead of my appt. time and someone else who was more familiar or a more preferred customer would come in after I signed in and they would let me sit until this person who had a later appt was seen. the staff is not that friendly after your 1st visit. its hard to get seen if your a newcomer it seems. the staff seems to be doing alot of nothing except maybe 1-2 people. I have called there to confirm an appt. and no one would answer but you would get voicemail then I show up even though they never returned the voicemail or confirmed the appt and there would be 2 or more people standing around talking and usually someone up front on the phone and I just cant see if there are that many people in that office why they wont answer the phone when you call... ??? now about the staffs knowledge of whats going on... most of them are interns in the doctor area the people making the appts at the frackville office dont know what insurances they take and tell you to call your ins. co. to find out. ( my ins. co laughed and said we dont know..." we are in another state. " good luck with this guy. he should know what insurance he will accept or his staff should find out for you. . so... I went there taking a chance . on my very 1st call where I actually got to talk to a person I told them I needed help with pain management and that I was thinking of leaving my present family doctor and they said sure we can help you with all of that. but when I got there and finally saw the dr. he said no we dont have anything to do with pain management and wanted to send me to a dr. 60 miles from my home ... but while I sat in the waiting room I saw and heard several people get prescriptions for pain meds and others calling in for refills. ... now the insurance bit.... I gave them my ins. cards and they said OK we can accept this ins. so I saw him a few more times until it was clear this was not the place for me. it just took to long for them to accomplish anything. So.. I decided this dr. was not the dr. for me and found myself back at my old family dr. and had him refer me to a pain management guy , I have been seeing the new dr. for my pain management 4 months later I get a bill for quite a bit of money . it was listed as what medicare didnt pay I dont think they ever bothered to submit it to my secondary carrier after medicare wouldnt pay it. 4 MONTHS LATER ?? I was going to pay it off $5 a month but figured I want to wipe my hands clean of this quack and his staff. so I paid it in full ( which wasnt easy ) . I had talked to other people who said he is kind of shady and I was hesitant about even trying him. and it seems his staff cannot even get any medical records from another hospital by sending a fax or by making a simple phone call... it does seem he treats some people different than others and his staff has 1-2 people that are actually in the know, the rest are young people looking to serve an internship. this dr. isnt that old either. I could easily see him having affairs with his interns or staff. as for his helping me ... it was just a temporary bit of help I knew I had to go elsewhere within 4 visits. but I had to go back a 5th time because they couldnt get all my medical records from other hospitals and even the ones I gave them ready . I left there without ever making a follow up appointment . do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. its a 5-6 yr old business... they dont have an established method of doing things and seem to be just learning as they go along.

This physician has had numerous affairs with his nurses. He is unethical and will provide any type of controlled substance or place heroin addicted patients on suboxen for his own interests and for the money. He is a snake and untrustworthy. Be careful.

Best Doctor Ive ever known, down to earth, friendly, informative, EXCELLENT!

Dr. Greenfield was very professional, and was quick to correctly diagnose rarecondition. I was able to quickly get in with a specialist, thanks to him.
