Very good doctor. Always shakes your hand when greeting you and leaving. He came to see me in the ICU. He treated me as his equal. Very kind and compassionate. His whole team helped me. I was praying for help and an angel of the Lord sent these people to help me.

When a patient has serious gastrointestinal disease, it makes a huge difference how the physician approaches the problem and explains their situation and the possible solutions. Gastrointestinal issues are life changing. It can be very challenging and chronic. Dr. Grendell does communicate well and asked if I have any questions. He was calm and that put me at ease.

doctor was polite and professional. you will never get through to his staff on the phone for follow-ups. they pick up and quickly put you on hold and never come back on the line. if you leave a message it never gets returned.
