Dr. James Laurence Guzzo, MD

Sorry we can't give it more stars, since Dr. Guzzo was informative and kind, with a great bedside manner throughout the surgery experience. Scheduling a follow up appointment was another thing...cut off, treated like a child, and downright rude, with no courtesy or professionalism. We are dealing with a serious situation and she acted like we were a bother, also calling back at the wrong number, not the one given to her. Makes an already difficult situation most unpleasant.

Dr. Guzzo has an exemplary reputation and his manner and communication skills are the best. One of the finest physicians I have ever used. I highly recommend him.

The appointment scheduler and nurse are very rude, arrogant and unprofessional. I was belittled and spoken to as if I was a child. The nurse's arrogance and intimidation tactics were appalling. Horrid experience, no one deserves the treatment I received. Shame on them!
