I had an appointment for allergy testing for my daughter at 9:15 am this morning. After taking off work, pulling my daughter out of school and driving 30 minutes to Dr Haden’s office we arrived only to find out the office was closed due to weather. There was no text or call canceling the appointment. There was no advance warning stating the appointment may be cancelled due to weather. When attempting to call to reschedule I could not leave a message and the after hours staff could not provide information about when the office may open or how soon we could reschedule.

I was told that my copay would be $40 for Specialist. No one from the office ever contacted me to tell me that it would be an additional $619 out of pocket for an Allergy Patch Test with Blue Cross Blue Shield. They do not accept payment arrangements. Left miserable and crying since I could not afford the treatment.

Dr Haden and staff are caring and attentive. The wait times are nominal. All questions are answered in a manner that is understandable. Definitely worth it!

I have been coming to Dr. Haden for allergy therapy since 2014. The care is good and that is important. Coming in for weekly shots takes about 20 min. I seldom wait more than 3-4 min between checking in and getting injection. However, do be prepared to WAIT OVER AN HOUR any time you have to see the physician or physician’s assistant. Every single time I have to wait 60-90 min to see the practitioner.

Same day appointments when needed

Dr. Haden and his staff are highly professional and highly efficient. I did not have to wait more than 10 minutes before they called me back. He found out what was wrong with me and started me on a treatment plan.

Staff has no manners. If you call for dr. You get call from staff after 3 days. And then to tell you you they are in their legal limit of time to call you back.

Staff is TERRIBLE!!! The lady in the billing department told me that she did not WANT to dig up an EOB and submit the claim properly because it "took too much time".

Dr Haden is a fantastic doctor. I had been to other allergists before but his treatment helped when others fell short. He treats the whole person too. I know someone who had a brain tumor diagnosed by him on the first visit. Saved her life. Down to earth and funny too.
