Old school doctor not in touch with the 21st century. No personality or ability to connect with patient. Probes into personal life and things not relevant to his treatment of patient, and dictates those personal comments into his tape recorder and medical file nots. Tape records notes like you're not in the room. Refers to female patients and his female staff as "hey girly".

I have been seeing Dr Halla for many years now....not only is he a great dr he is also a caring person and a great Christian man....he always gets to the bottom of the problem.....I would highly recommend him to anyone with the painful medical issues I have.....I never want him to retire!!!!!!!

Dr. Halla is a wonderful person and I am sure he has a huge knowledge base; however, his ability to translate that into a meaningful patient/doctor relationship is severely lacking. His lack of communication is disturbing - he speaks into his tape recording dictation device the entire time and fails to properly review medical history. He lacks in being able to listen to the patient and respond to statements and especially questions. Again - I do believe he is a wonderful person, family man, and Christian; however, the care I received left me wanting for more and ultimately led me to leave his practice.

Dr. Halla and his group always show the upmost care, respect, and professionalism.

Dr. Hall very thourough and interested in the whole man he promotes health and wellness.

dr halla obviously knows his stuff but after dealing with rheumatoid arthritis for more than 10 yrs, i think i know a little about my condition. he's very abrupt and detached from you at your visit. he constantly speaks into a tape recorder, doesn't listen and pretty much ignores you. you ask a question and either don't get an answer or get a snotty response because you interrupted his recording. his office staff isn't up to par either. they don't send things to you, they don't transcribe his notes and forward to your family dr, phone calls are not returned promptly, one time i had to wait four days and four phone calls to the office to get a response. after diagnosing me with other conditions they didn't make any follow up appt. when asked about it dee said there would be no follow up appt. will not be going back to him.

Dr. Halla is a great physician. His staff ( Dee) is a little relaxed at calling prescriptions and phone calls. Over all he makes up for their short comings
