Do not let this man near your children. There is something seriously wrong with him. He turned my son’s treatment back years. He was also cruel to him. I’ve never seen my son in such pain and I curse myself every day for leaving my son under his care. Matter of fact, don’t let him near anyone. He enjoys human suffering. He works in inpatient at St Joseph PeaceHealth hospital in Bellingham. Do not send your loved ones there as long as he is practicing.

Misdiagnosed me multiple times, had an increasingly aggressive and accusatory attitude if I questioned him. It’s hard to look him in the eye because you can feel some strange kind of judgement and righteousness dripping from him. Incredibly misogynistic and honestly seemed kind of racist.

Constantly close to a half hour late for appointments, made brazen and innacurate accusations, and took the word of my abuser over mine. Seeing this man put me back years in my recovery and healing, and leaving his practice was one of the best decisions of my life.

Human parasite, rude, late for apts., arrogant, is not attentive.

Dr Harle treated me disrespectfully and with disdain. He called me a liar and didn't listen to a word I said. In fact, he said, "I'm not going to waste your time -- I'll do all the talking." His diagnosis was based on false info and dated info from others.

After taking our child to Dr Harle for several years who he diagnosed as having ADHD, we were disappointed he never considered or mentioned Reactive Attachment Disorder. Which is a common issue for children who spent time in orphanages. We lost valuable opportunity to help or child at an early age when it is most treatable. His response to this initially was he should have mentioned that and then later that the same type of treatment is used for RAD as other disorders. That is not what most professionals who work with RAD advise. Many of the responses to RAD are opposite what you do with ADHD children and it requires and understanding hat heir behavior is out of fear and your reactions and understanding to their behaviors is what matters most.
