The doctors here may be as good as they say, but the office staff is pretty sub-par. I spent 3 months trying to get an appointment. They needed a referral from PCP and unfortunately the PCP sent incomplete info. But nobody from Dr. Hart's office bothered to tell me this. I didn't learn until a few weeks later when I called to follow up. By the time I got the correct information to them, there was no longer availability for new clients. But they didn't bother to tell me this either.. I learned after making another followup call and waiting days for a callback. Part of a good practice is a competent office staff. This place is sorely lacking. It is difficult to move and find good medical care in a new city. Its very difficult to find doctors who take new clients. This can't be news to the people in this office. They don't have referrals available, and they don't sseem interested at all in the kind of customer service that all businesses consider basic.

Thinks he knows it all!

Wonderful Dr. and man, he gave me hope in my darkest hour.
