My husband & I both go to see Dr Hawk . He is such a good caring person who cares about ones health and ability to be there for all . Yes he does a prayer at the end of ones visit which shows he cares about his patients . All need a pain Dr in Harrison so I say brind Dr Hawk back. The Pooles

Dr. Hawk has been my Doctor for almost 10 years. He has always been very nice and very professional with us. He never did over prescribe medication for either of us. He was and is a very very good Doctor. I hate it that the Arkansas Medical Board keeps after him. He can’t help that Bill Widdy’s daughter OD’d on medication that was meant for her boyfriend. Dr. Hawk never had ever met her. He didn’t tell her boyfriend to give them to her. He or she did all of that on their own. Not Dr. Hawk. I wish him the best. Wherever he goes I do hope that he will keep in touch with us

He was one of the most caring, and skilled doctors I have ever met. He listens, and trys to help you anyway he can. He also will pray with you to get help from god along with your treatment.

Unprofessionalism by staff and continuous lies. Worst Family Practice & Pain Management in Boone Co. Arkansas. I wish the Feds would do their job and put these people in jail. It's very cowardly how a Dr. who took an oath to care for people is presenting himself.

Dr. Hawk is a great doctor me and my sister use him for are primary doctor. He has always took the time to listen to us he never rushed us he took his time to explain why he was putting us on certain medicine and would send us to specialist if need be.

Dr. Hawk is a very humble man and is awesome dr. to boot, if he can't figure out what's going on he sends you to someone who does, I wouldn't want to have any other Dr.
