Dr. James Ryan Heaberlin, MD

I had MRSA on both hands recently and needed surgery to remove the infection. James Heaberlin did my surgery and was fantastic. I had a mental break down before surgery and the way he cared made things better. I finally have full movement of my hands again and doesn’t cause severe pain to do simple daily tasks. Definitely recommend

Dr. H is constantly in a rush, has little time to listen to his patients and when he does spend time with you it feels like you are wasting his time. He pushes his form of treatment and refuses to listen to patients on pain management. After my wrist surgery he did not listen to me when I complained about pain levels. My first appointment post surgery his physical therapist was going to make me a brace and send me on my way without the doctor ever seeing me. I had and still have nerve damage to my hand and and wrist caused by his surgery. Overall if you are looking for a doctor that spends time with his patients and has a decent bedside manor I'd definitely search out another doctor.
