As a long time patient of Dr. Heaphy's, I have benefitted from his medical skills in many circumstances. He is invariably thoughtful and kind, with a demeanor that encourages. He looks at and talks to the patient rather than a computer screen, so he sees things that other doctors miss. He has a good, "old fashioned" approach to patient contact.

He was the only doctor who prescribed an anti-inflammatory along with antibiotics when I had diverticular disease. The colon is swollen when this happens.....why do other doctors not get it?

One of the kindest MDs I have ever visited. He takes his time to find out what is wrong instead of treating you like a assembly line job!

Dr. Heaphy is one of the best physicians I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He is thorough, kind, extrmemely inteligent, patient and really listens to your problems.

Dr james heaphy is a great doctor he takes the time to lisen to you .. It is hard to find doctor like that most of them think they know what is going on before you even say anything .

DR HEAPHEY HAS ALWAYS BEEN A VERY GOOD DOCTOR TO ME HE HAS ALWAYS TAKEN THE TIME TO LISTEN TO ME EVEN WHEN HE HAD A ROOM FULL OF WAITING PATIENTS I THINK IF IT WAS NOT FOR HIS SKILLS AND WORK ETHIC MY HUSBAND MAY HAVE NOT FOUND OUT HE HAD CANCER SO QUICKLY AND I THANK HIM FOR THE CARE AND KINDNESS WHILE TREATING ME AS WELL FOR HERNIATED DISC IN MY BACK HE UNDERSTANDS MY PAIN AND LISTEN HE IS A RARE DOCTOR WHO CARES
