fired his nurse Pam, have to wait 3-5 days for a apointment, its terrible. I need a better doctor

Seems there is a problem with his front office person. The doctor will tell you it's ok to change appointment day/time and then she will refuse to do it. He only has about 500 clients but it is terribly hard to get an appointment any more. There is no communication with that person that will get you a timely appointment

Will not return. Evidently having staffing problems and going to MDVIP.

Dr. Herman has been my doctor for 21 years. He is always thorough, never in a rush, and cares about his patient. He has always given me accurate diagnosis and taken all the necessary steps to assure that his diagnosis is correct. They always return my calls promptly and get me in to see him soon when I call.I do wish he would not go into this newoperation with MDVIP.

Needs to work on courtesy of office staff.

Pretty good overall. Needs to replace his front desk person. No personality.

Doctor Herman has been my doctor for 14 years. He is the best doctor I have ever had. Compassionate, caring, very thorough. Never rushes and not judgmental. You can call in and tell them you have a problem and have a call returned that day! Not a quick "doc in a box" either but a real professional scientific doctor who wants you to get better and stay better too!

A wonderful doctor. Has treated several members of my family for years. Takes extra time to find out what is happening with you, and has a sense of humor as well.
